WHAT IS THE ENSTRUMENTAL SHIPPING PROCESS?
All Enstrumental purchases will be shipped via UPS Ground. Most orders will be prepped and shipped to the customer within 7-10 business days.
NOTE: For prints or limited edition releases, please allow 2-3 weeks for the order to be processed and completed.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email providing you with the tracking information.

We do ship international order. All shipping, domestic or international, is handled via UPS.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT/ORDER?
We are happy to refund any purchases, provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address provided below within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us, with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded; others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM(S) I’VE RECEIVED ARE FAULTY, INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING?
Every so often mistakes do happen; however, we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact drew@enstru-mental.com, and we will timely review and rectify the matter. Please include your order reference # at all times when e-mailing customer services.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
It may take up to 30 days to complete the process of a return. Please be sure to email us at drew@enstru-mental.com upon arrival of your product if you notice any issue with it. Please note that it must be returned within 14 days to the address below upon receiving your package.
